Case Study

2011. I organized on behalf of a Greek shipping company and participated in the successful completion of a stand-by ship charter to one of the largest oil companies in South America, I managed to complete the necessary documents and procedures for the ship to enter the country, even earlier than stipulated in the agreement, reducing the reluctance of the parties, strengthening their good faith for their future multi-year cooperation, creating a precedent of consistency and good execution and of course preventing 100% imposition of fines in case of delay, fines imposed in most cases, but above all I ensured for the company the psychological state of victory. Simultaneously with the chartering and delivery of the ship, I was handling the purchase of the same ship form the owning shipping company and the financing of this purchase by a Greek bank.
